Homenetmen Jerusalem Convened its 68th General Meeting

On Friday the 5th of May 2006, at the Homenetmen center, Homenetmen Jerusalem held its 68th General Meeting with the participation of the majority of its members.

After standing a minute of silence in honor of the Armavia flight 926 numerous victims, seven new candidates made their vows and after receiving chairman Sahagian's blessings became full members of the Homenetmen Jerusalem family.

Then the meeting unanimously elected yeghp. H. Demerdjian and yeghp. O. Najarian as the meeting's divan. Afterwards the resigning executive committee's socio-economical as well as scout and sports reports were presented.

At the end of the meeting it was decided unanimously that the resigning committee is should serve as such for the upcoming year.

The meeting came to its close with the singing of Homenetmen's anthem "Haratch Nahadag".
